Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 cups water

Method

  1. Lightly crush the fennel seeds in a mortar to release their aroma.
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
  3. Add the crushed fennel and turn off the heat.
  4. Cover and let it steep for five minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into cups.
  6. Sip it warm a little while after your meal.
