CCF Tea
CCF tea is cumin, coriander and fennel seeds steeped into a light daily tea, traditionally sipped to kindle digestion and suit every constitution.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 cups water
Method
- Lightly crush the cumin, coriander and fennel seeds in a mortar to open them up.
- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the crushed seeds and lower the heat.
- Simmer gently for five to seven minutes until the water turns pale gold and smells fragrant.
- Strain the tea into a cup or flask.
- Sip it warm through the day, between meals.
Often called CCF for its three seeds. A simple, tridoshic tea to keep in a flask and drink between meals.
