How to practise
- Sit comfortably with a straight spine and the eyes gently closed.
- Take a slow, full breath in through the nose.
- As you breathe out, chant 'Om' in a low, even tone.
- Let the sound move from a rounded 'O' into a long, humming 'M'.
- Feel the gentle vibration in the chest, throat, and head.
- Pause naturally after each chant, then breathe in again.
- Repeat for the chosen time, then sit in silence and listen.
