How to practise
- Sit comfortably with the eyes gently closed and the face relaxed.
- Rest the hands on the knees, or lightly cover the ears with the thumbs.
- Breathe in slowly and fully through the nose.
- As you breathe out, make a soft, steady humming sound like a bee.
- Feel the gentle vibration spreading across the head and face.
- Keep the out-breath long, smooth, and unforced.
- Repeat for the chosen time, then sit quietly and notice the stillness.
