How to practise
- Sit comfortably with a straight spine and the eyes gently closed.
- Allow the breath to flow naturally, just as it is.
- Rest your attention on the touch of the breath at the nostrils.
- Notice each in-breath as it enters and each out-breath as it leaves.
- There is nothing to change; simply observe the breath as it comes and goes.
- When the mind drifts, kindly bring it back to the breath.
- Continue for the chosen time, then sit still for a moment before finishing.
